Both our online & Traditional packages provide 12 months of marketing, which can be increased for further months at an additional fee, however don’t foresee this as you property should have sold well in advance of this.
Is a floor Plan beneficial ?
Yes in our experience and the leading portal statistics have proved that people searching on listings with a floor plan spend longer on that listing than one without it, so the longer the exposure the more effective the property marketing.
How Long is my property listed on the PAD websites ?
All our packages ensure that your property is fully listed on our own bespoke websites until the property is sold.
How long does an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) last ?
An EPC is now a legal requirement and lasts for 10 years from the date that it was issued. Please note if you already have an EPC you do not require another unless you have made some energy changes to your property.
Do you check any potential viewers ?
Yes it is essential we carry out all the necessary and appropriate checks including their full names, address, contact details and both their financial and current property situation.
What if my property is already marketed with another agent ?
We will be more than happy to market your property alongside your current estate or online agent however we are unable to assist if you have signed a contract for sole agency and you may need to give notice before you can switch to us. As we advertise on the same portals and have access to the same buyers as your current agent we recommend advertising with us alone as this provides a combination of both traditional and modern marketing and services, which ensure you capture all potential buyers.
Do you show potential buyers around my property ?
This is optional and depending on the service package selected we can either implement all viewings or arrange for yourselves to show potential buyers.
